At night I am working on this pillowcase.
and, as soon as I get done with my applique quilt, I have to get started on my niece Alexis' graduation quilt. That girl has been asking for a quilt for years and is sooo excitied. She gave me these circles for color inspiration. I have a few ideas but nothing solid right now. I am thanking myself for buying a Kona color card this year. It will sure help with picking some solids. A print might be harder to find.
Lastly, I am trying to get in some run/walking. Kelsey has been running at college and we ran together some this summer. We have entered our church's 5k Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. I am sure I will finish last but my goal is to be able to run the whole 3 miles....my large butt may have something to say about that!

I love the colors that your neice picked out. Will be fun to see what you come up with. And I love the quilt you're working on now! :o) So happy, love the bright colors and pattern. :o)
That quilt is just so pretty and so is the vintage design on the pillow case. I'd like to see a picture of that when it's finished.
Your applique quilt is fabulous! Definitely worth the effort. So is your pillowcase. What a lucky niece!
